Strategic management consultant. Former Executive Director of the Laval Youth Centre and Assistant Executive Director of the CISSS de Laval.

Ms. Christine Chartrand

1st Vice-President

President of Rafale Sélection Contact for nearly 17 years. Since 2005, this Laval-based company has been a leader in strategic prospecting, contributing to the business development of Quebec and Canadian companies through high-quality corporate canvassing. Christine is a member of Business Networking International. She was nominated in the “Young Executive, Entrepreneur and Professional” category at the 2010 Dunamis Gala, organized by the Laval Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Mr Guy Boucher

2nd Vice-President

Now retired, was Senior Sales Manager at CloverLeaf Seafoods Corp. for over 22 years.

Mr William Ducasse

Secretary-treasurer

Director of Audit at KPMG Canada, a publicly traded Canadian company. Holder of a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in accounting, Mr. Ducasse is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) specializing in audit.

Mr Alain de Blois

Administrator

Vice-President Software development at GoCo. Founder and President of Ubity inc. Has worked in the IT and telecommunications sectors for several years.

Ms. France Cloutier

Administrator

Trained as a psycho-educator, she has worked as a manager for over 30 years with young people in youth centers. She holds a master’s degree in management.

Ms. Anick Deslongchamps

Administrator

Director of the youth program at the CISSS de Laval for the past three years, Ms. Anick Deslongchamps also served as Assistant Director of the program from 2015 to 2018. She has 21 years of experience as a manager in the health and social services network.

Mr Alexis Turcotte

Administrator

Account Director at Univar Solutions. He is also in the process of starting his own business. With a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Alexis completed a master’s degree in management at the University of Birmingham in England in 2017, focusing on factors contributing to leadership development in adolescence.

Mr Claude Bernier

Administrator

Director of Legal Affairs and the Human Capital Hub at the Union des municipalités du Québec (UMQ), Mr Bernier has held his current position at UMQ since 2017 but has been with the organization since 2000. He holds a law degree from the Université de Montréal and has been a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar since 1996. Mr Bernier also holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from the School of Industrial Relations at the Université de Montréal and has been a member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Professionals since 1997. He has been practicing for nearly 25 years in the fields of employment law and municipal law.

Ms. Sandra Desmeules

Administrator

City councillor and member of the executive committee for Ville de Laval since 2013. She holds a master’s degree in human resources management.

Ms. Josée Dufour

Administrator

Seasoned executive combining 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 17 years in business management. Recognized expertise in organizational development, project management, and transformational leadership. Strong commitment to governance and community development.

An authentic and compassionate administrator, she has chosen to leverage her professional and volunteer experiences, along with her inspiring and mobilizing leadership, in support of a cause that motivates and challenges her to excel. Through this commitment, she strives to contribute to the well-being and empowerment of young people in difficulty.

Responsible for managing grant applications for our youth.

Event and Operations Support Coordinator

Responsible for supporting the team with communications, events, and various administrative tasks.
