My backpack: tools for feeling better

The “My Backpack: Tools for Feeling Better” project is designed for children in foster care, their natural family environment, or young people in the Youth Qualification Program who must leave the Youth Center and find themselves alone without psychological support, needing tools for their well-being and mental health.

The Foundation therefore offers them a backpack filled with materials and sensory calming tools, suggested and recommended by qualified healthcare professionals. The goal is to give these young people accessible resources to help them manage anxiety attacks, acute stress, or overwhelming feelings of fear, distress, or anguish, especially when they are in their natural living environment.

The idea is to offer them the opportunity to develop a sense of autonomy to better cope with their mental health challenges.

Your donations will be used in various ways:

  • Purchase of backpacks
  • Purchase of sensory calming tools
  • Financial support

What the Foundation offers you in return:

  • Annual reporting on how your donations are used
  • Visibility
  • Participation in our annual event
